Return Policy

Full refunds are available on returns of new, unused items within 14 days of purchase. Exchange or store credit is available on items returned after the 14 day window up to 30 days after the date of purchase. All returned items must be returned in the same, unopened condition that you received them in, with a receipt as proof of purchase.

Final Sale/Nonreturnable Items:

• All bulk, refillable products, including cleaning products and personal care products, are final sale.

• Gift cards are not returnable.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

What If I Fill My Own Container With A Product & Then Decide I Don’t Want It?

We get that mistakes happen! We encourage you to be mindful of the size of the container you are filling and refilling (whether you bring it in or use one of ours). Once a product enters your container from home (not a brand new one from the store that day), we cannot guarantee a return or exchange due to potential contamination, and we will ask that you pay for the refilled product. If you make a small mistake, ask a staff member to help you correct it, and we will generally do our best to assist you.
