Bulk Purchases (Large In-Store Refills)

Receive 10% off when you purchase $50 or more of a single bulk refill product in one transaction.

• Multiple containers of the same product/scent may be combined to reach $50.

• Container prices do not count toward the $50 minimum.

• The bulk purchase discount can be combined with loyalty program rewards and other promotions.

Special Orders

Customers may special-order full bulk containers (typically 1-5 gallons), cases, or other supplier units that Olympia Refills does not ordinarily sell as individual retail items.

Special-order merchandise is typically priced at 20% off the in-store retail price for the equivalent amount of that product. Special orders must total at least $100 per brand before shipping and tax.

To initiate a special order, submit a request using the form below with the desired product, quantity, and timeframe. We’ll confirm availability, current pricing, and an estimated timeline before you commit. Prices may change until the order is confirmed and paid.

The merchandise price and applicable sales tax must be paid before we place the order. Any shipping cost will be charged separately once we know the actual amount. We’ll reduce or eliminate shipping costs whenever we can by combining your order with one of ours.

Special orders:

• Do not earn loyalty points.

• Cannot use rewards, coupons, or other discounts.

• Are retail purchases; we do not offer wholesale pricing or accept reseller permits.

• Are generally final once placed, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Special orders are subject to our approval and ability to obtain the requested products. Supplier availability and delivery times are not guaranteed. Timely in-store pickup of special orders is expected, though local delivery may sometimes be arranged.
